Using diacid,1,2-ethylene glycol,1,3-propylene glycol,1,4-butanediol and 1, 6-hexylene glycol as raw material, a series of polyester waxes were prepared via direct melt polycondensation reaction. The results show that the most suitable stuf molar ratio of diol and diacid isl.5-1.6, the catalyst dosage used is 0.1%-0.33%, the reaction temperature is160℃, the reaction time is 6 h, the press reduction temperature is 230℃, the press reduction time is 1h.Under above conditions, the dropping point is 98℃, the acid value is 6.25mgKOH/g, the penetration degree is 3.3 (0.1mm) and the viscosity is 133.14mm2/s.Using diacid,1,2-ethanediamine,1,3-propane diamine,1,4-butanediamine and 1,6-hexamethylendiamine as raw material, a series of polyamide waxes were prepared via direct melt polycondensation reaction. The results show that the most suitable stuf molar ratio of amine and diacid isl.6-1.8, the catalyst dosage used is 0.15%-0.25%, the reaction temperature is190-210℃, the reaction time is 2-3 h, the press reduction temperature is 240℃, the press reduction time is 30 min.Under above conditions, the dropping point is190℃, the acid value is 5.06mgKOH/g, the penetration degree is 0.1 (0.1mm), white solidity.Using diacid,1,4-butanediamine and ethanolamine as raw material, a series of prepolymers whose molecular weight are between 3000 and 5100 were prepared via direct melt polycondensation reaction. Using prepolymer whose molecular weight is 3300 as raw material, adipoyl biscaprolactamate as chain-extender, triphenyl phosphate as stabilizer, high hardness polyesteramide waxes were prepared via chain-extending reaction.The results show that the most suitable stuf molar ratio of chain-extender and prepolymer is1.05:1, the stabilizer dosage used is 0.05%, the chain-extending reaction temperature is200-220℃, the reaction time is 30min, the press reduction time is 1h.Under above conditions, the dropping point is100℃, the acid value is 5.00mgKOH/g, the penetration degree is 0.1 (0.1mm), the viscosity is 0.84dL/g, white solidity.
