As a special kind of schiff base, hydrazone has excellent activity, coordination ability, and broad-spectrum antitumor activity. Consequently, it has already been widely utilized therapeutically. At the same time, amino-thiazole has anti-bacterial, anti-convulsion, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer and other biological activity. Therefore, a series of hydrazone-containing 1,3,4-thiadiazole derivatives has been designed and synthesized. The method for preparation of these compounds is shown in Scheme 1. We hope that the compounds with better biological activities and fewer side effects could obtain.Scheme 1. Synthetic route of 1,3,4-thiadiazole containing hydrazonesAll these thirteen compounds have not been reported in literature and their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR,13C NMR,IR and MS. Moreover, the fragmentation pathways of these compounds have been studied by electrospary ionization multi-stage mass spectrometry.The interactions between hydrazone-containing 1,3,4-thiadiazole derivatives and lysozyme, cytochrome C and insulin were studied, and it is found that hydrazone-containing 1,3,4-thiadiazole derivatives could form non-covalent complexes with these proteins. The results shows that the compounds A4 could form mainly complexes with these proteins. Among these proteins, lysozyme has the distinguished effect on hydrazone-containing 1,3,4-thiadiazole derivatives.
