In this paper, using laboratory experiments and theoretical analysis, gas desorption process of Yang quan No.3 coal seam is tested at different adsorption balance pressures and different moisture content. The effect of moisture on desorption quantity and rate are studied at the same adsorption balance pressures; and the effect of adsorption balance pressures on desorption quantity and rate are studied with the same moisture content; and the relation of moisture content and residual gas content is studied at the same adsorption balance pressures; and at the same time.Based on coal sample simulation testing data, the experiment date is processed with the method of regression analysis using Origin software. Through analyzing seven kinds of common experience formula, the result shows thatН.И.ВСТИНОВ,Wente,WangyouAn and SunzhongXu form can better description the desorption process of the coal samples with moisture, and through contrasting the error of gas adsorption accumulative volume calculated by experience formulae and acquired by laboratory experiments, the result shows thatН.И.ВСТИНОВis the best formula to describe the desorption process of the Yang quan No.3 coal seam.Through analyzing the fitted result of Yang quan No.3 coal seam gas adsorption quantity and adsorption times with the different moisture content byН.И.ВСТИНОВform, the influence coefficient calculated which effects on gas desorption quantity and desorptionspeed of Yang quan No.3 Coal seam. Through laboratory and locale experiment, the influence coefficient can well describe the effect of the moisture on gas desorption laws of Yang quan No.3 Coal seam.
