Complex networks can be abstracted into a complex system, which are composed of basic elements that have certain features and functions as well as interactive. Recently, complex networks are becoming an interdisciplinary research focus. There are so many complex networks in the real world,such as transportation networks, power transmission networks, biological networks and personal relationships.More and more experts from physics, biology, mathematics and computer fields are absorbed in complex networks.And the contents and methods of the research continuous updating. This paper mainly studies the synchronization of complex networks under the guidance of dynamic systems theory, numerical evidence and empirical simulations, and discusses a class of synchronization stability of complex networks. On this basis, it analyzes complex features of the electrical network.Firstly, this paper summarizes the phenomenon of synchronization in the real world, brings the generation mechanism, and gives an overview of the synchronization of complex networks and its application.Then, this paper studies a class of delayed complex network synchronization. Many systems prevalent delay in engineering practice. In this paper nodes of time-delayed complex networks are abstracted into units of complex system.Then it studies complex systems by the theory of the system.It analyses synchronization by means of variable structure, abstracts system equation from time delay system, and proves this theory. It is testified practicable in an actual project by the time domain response curves and phase plane analysis.In the end, the application of complex networks in the real network.study on the public power networks which affect people's live hood, and analyses the actual characteristics of power networks, as well as modeling techniques, abstract the power plant as nodes, the wires as edges, so as to abstract power network into network diagrams, using the complex network theory to study it. We analyze it's characteristic and cascading failure model.
