With the development of science and technology, people’s requirements on power increases, power system become more and more complex. However, large-scale blackouts have occurred many times in domestic and foreign and caused serious economic losses since the 90 s. Therefore, it is of great significance to research on power system model. Power system network is one of the most complex networks in the world with complex connection relationship between nodes of network, it has the general characteristics of complex networks. As a new interdisciplinary, complex network theory has been widely used in computer networks, ecology, sociology and economics disciplines, such as the computer virus spread on the Internet, the spread of infectious diseases in the social population, the information or rumors spread in the society, etc.In this thesis, the electric power network is abstracted into a complex network research, the relation between the load and the system is a large complex because the large power network systems have many load and power lines. So it is difficult to analyze the characteristics of each load to the whole performance by the routine method. In the thesis we use complex network containing a large number of nodes to model. Due to the unknown of power network load state and not necessary of the central control platform in a real-time tracking each node state, we study the uncertainty of the system parameters considering the stability of complex network delay problems. The complex network with uncertain parameters is controlled to achieve synchronization through the pulse control.First of all, we comprehensively analyzed the background of the subject and significance of the complex network synchronization. Some basic knowledge of complex network theory as well as the development status of domestic and abroad, and the basic relations of the complex network and electric power system were studied. Stochastic nonlinear complex network synchronization control problem is studied. Then the adaptive synchronization control method is proposed, and obtained the sufficient condition of random complex network synchronization. Coupled with different strength of random complex network synchronization control simulation testifies that the coupling strength of random complex network synchronization control has a certain impact. Finally, the uncertain random coupling synchronization of complex networks are studied by the pulse synchronization control method, the uncertain random coupling sufficient conditions for the synchronous control of complex networks. Coupled with different strength of uncertain stochastic complex network synchronization control simulation verification, the coupling strength of uncertainty random coupling synchronization control has a certain influence on the complex networks. Finally the simulations were given.
