Technological Modernity And Post-Modernity

Science and technology are primary productive forces and social development is inseparable from the development of science and technology. The analysis of social issues cannot be separated from technical analysis. Modernity and post-modernity is no doubt one of the most popular topics at present time. Experts and scholars from a different perspective analyzed modern and post-modernity issues. In face of the difficulties and paradoxes between the two, it requires us to explore the root of the problem and solution. The author believes that technological development is one of the main difficulties and contradictions of the modern and post-modernity .Then, from a technical point of view, study issues related to modernity and post modernity becomes indispensable. Through this research, it will excert a positive effect on development of standardized technology, and also provide reference and breakthrough to solve modern and postmodern limitations.Thesis includes the following sections:The first chapter describes the domestic researches on modernity, post modernity and technology, from which to explore meeting point between modernity and post modernity.The second chapter focused on the concept of a number of interpretations of these concepts through the analysis to discover the links between them and ignite critical thinking on related issues.The third chapter is the crux of the problem, in which the technology of modernity and post-modern meaning is discussed, through a comparative perspective to sum up both their strengths and dilemma.Chapter IV is the focus and innovation of the article, based on the analysis in Chapter III, applying Marxist dialectics to explore the relationship between them, presenting their views on how to break through technical modernity and post-modern dilemma. Hope that these analysis provide a train of thought for us on thinking the technology modern and postmodern issues.These are the clues to write this article. It is undeniable that modern technology has brought us great material wealth, the progress and liberation of mankind; However, the lost of Human nature, brought crisis of modernity. Post-modernity of technology focuses on the technology return to humanity with a critical perspective. However, modern techniques also face many new problems; how to seek the interaction and integration between technical modernity and post modernity is a question worth pondering. This Article makes an initial attempt to analyze on the relationship between both technology of modern and postmodern studies, providing their rational and deficiencies, and claiming a dynamic, interactive view of integration to achieve a dialogue between the two blend.
