A Study On The Value Angles Of Kuhn's Paradigm Theory

Thomas S. Kuhn's Paradigm theory is the important category of scientific philosophy. It provides a new explanation mode for people to enhance understanding of scientific theory. But Kuhn did not give it an exact definition; there was much different explanation of it, therefore a so-called"Paradigm Crisis"spread worldwide. In this article, the most character of Kuhn's Paradigm theory is to include human in it not just frosty pure theory. It is a proper way to study Paradigm theory from the point of view of value.Paradigm is a scientific community formed by scientist. They have concept and aspiring to value as social human being. Paradigm is syntheses with metaphysics inside, including not only the value concept of society, but also the concept and aspiring to value of individual. Paradigm also includes the basic faith of scientist, a faith which why a theory to be a scientific theory, a faith which why theory to be model to solve the problem. At the same time, a faith itself is a concept fulfilled with value. In a word, value is the basic character of science, is the base color of scientific vision in social history.To include factors such as value in science, it will help science to have more social historical factors and therefore more tinge of human being. But it will also make science far way from objectivism, much closer to subjectivism and relativism.
