H2O masers line emission (~22GHz) has been detected in more and more extra-galaxies since the improvement of the observation apparatus, i.e., improvement of spatialresolution and sensitivity of the radio telescope, superior performance of the spectral linereceiver, especially the use of VLBI (Very Long Baseline Interferometry). Observationsfor them show that H2O masers emission are related to the AGN and most of them locatein the nuclear region of the type 2 AGN. The nuclear region of the such galaxies are heav-ily obscured by the dense gases. And then, it's di?cult to detect the inner region of thesuch galaxies nuclear at optical and infrared band. For X-ray penetrability, observationsof nuclear hard X-ray emission provide one e?ective method to probe the inner environ-ment of these obscured nuclear regions. And the trigger source of these H2O masers arebelieved to be the production of the collision and pumping of the nuclear X-ray emission.Observations data analysis and theoretical research can provide information to explorethe environment and mechanism of the H2O masers production. Moreover, the X-rayemission region should locate in the innermost of the AGN and close to the horizon of theblack hole. Thus, the X-ray continuum, especially the iron Kαemission line (~6.4keV),hint abundant information on the extreme physical conditions for nearby region of blackhole. So, from analysis X-ray spectra, we can probe the physical environment of theAGN and structure of the accretion ?ow, obtain some important properties and param-eters of the accretion disk and black hole etc. More and more AGN were observed byX-ray telescope and the observations data have been and are being released followingthe rapid development of the X-ray astronomy, and after the high sensitive and spatialresolution XMM-Newton and Chandra X-ray telescope were launch. These provide thegood condition to research the AGN of maser host galaxies. Meanwhile, we can probe theenvironment of such masers and study the their physical mechanism, from investigationson possible connections among various physical parameters of H2O maser host galaxies. The thesis mainly focus the analysis of X-ray observations on H2O maser host galaxiesand host AGN. It includes three sections:In the first part of the dissertation, we investigate detailed the X-ray observationsfor H2O maser sources, based on ASCA, BeppoSAX, XMM-Newton, Chandra etc.In the second part of the dissertation, we introduce firstly basic steps on the analysisof X-ray observation data, and then as an example, we process the XMM-Newton obser-vation data on NGC7479. The X-ray emission are analyzed for maser host nuclear region and another prominent bright source located at the tip of its northern spiral arm.In the third part of the dissertation, we investigate all published nuclear maser sourcesand assemble a sample of 39 sources with available X-ray observation data. The accre-tion rate are derived and compared with that of another complete AGN sample withoutdetected maser emission. Also we investigate possible connections between accretion rate(both mass and dimensionless accretion rates) and maser emission.
