With the further development of quantum information and quantum computation, the quantum circuit applications are more and more pervasive. Meanwhile, with the rapid development of traditional integrated circuits, its integrated scale will achieve physical limits. So how to design quantum circuits has become an urgent problem now.Based on the previous related work, for the modeling of quantum circuit design, in this paper, we propose the modeling for the representatives of quantum circuits ---quantum teleportation and quantum cellular automata---designed and achieve experimental verification. In the modeling for quantum teleportation circuit synthesize, we consider that the realization of the underlying physics mostly used the optics scheme, and the factor such as the reversible transfer of quantum bits required in quantum teleportation. Based on the line model, we then divide the circuit into three parts for study directing towards the function for the circuit; based on quantum logic gates and Toffoli gates set, we seek to complete the circuit and integrated set of universal logic gates, than reversible transformation. Based on the above two, we construct the circuit model for logic synthesis and compiled by Matlab toolbox to experiment. In the modeling for simulation of quantum cellular automata mechanical, we take into account previous works which are not a good balance between simulation accuracy and efficiency of the two factors. So in the relatively high level of design, we adopt the Bayesian network model as the basis for circuit modeling. It not only makes the above two factors to take into account the effective, also obtains the relevant parameters on the effect of the circuit function. from the both sides of qualitatively and quantitatively, we detail how to couple the Bayesian Network model and quantum-dot cellular automaton circuits modeling in physical properties of the process, such as the transformation between cellular and nodes, describing the probability distribution function with the density matrix and quantification of various physical parameters etc., than give an example. We have still compiled by Matlab toolbox to experiment. Experimental results show, the two circuit models can simulate the corresponding quantum circuit, and high efficiency.
