This paper put forward the scheme about quantum communication of Omega quadripartite entangled state, which contains teleportation of multi-particles with Omega quadripartite entangled state, two-way quantum teleportation via Omega quadripartite entangled state, quantum information splitting via Omega quadripartite entangled state, preparation and teleportation of Omega quadripartite entangled state in cavity QED.Communication partner modulates quantum information which will be sent in quantum channel, forming the initial state of system. Communication party select the appropriate basis vectors to make the orthogonal measurement on the part of the entangled particles and then the measurements is transmitted to the other by classical channel. Based on the measurement results, we can make the appropriate quantum operation to complete teleportation or information separate of a single quantum bits,two-qubits and restricted three qubits quantum state.In cavity QED systems, we can make use of the cavity field effect to implement preparation and teleportation of Omega quadripartite entangled state with the help of logic gates. First, we should make a cavity QED model and then let atoms into the cavity to be driven by the classical field. Second we select an appropriate interaction time t, and appropriate Rabi frequency to make atomic state change accordingly. After the cavity field, preparation and teleportation of Omega quadripartite entangled state can be completed by the combination of quantum measurement techniques and corresponding unitary transformation.As a new kind of quantum entanglement resource, Omega quadripartite entangled state has more than three particles, which is not the same as ordinary two-particle entanglement. Omega quadripartite entangled state, multi-particles entangled with each other, have a stronger entanglement degree and associate degree.Compared to entangle state of the third particle or two particles, it is difficult to destroy. This paper proposed scheme which is based on Omega quadripartite entangled state as quantum channel, which can ensure the security and stability of communication.
