Study On The Spatial-Temporal Change Of Vegetation In Zhejiang Province

Using the main data sources were 2000 to 2006 MOD IS images.The Zhejiang Province that dynamic changes about vegetation cover of qualitative and quantitative in 7 years was analysised.Used computer classification based on the NDVI and visul interpretion results of image classification combined, after extraction of vegetiton data. Calculate the landscape pattern index for each year, which is analyzed. Then analyzed in various cities in Zhejiang Province trend of vegetation index, the changes of vegetation index and the Zhejiang Province in 2006 and 2000 vegetation index systematic comparison, in order to arrive in Zhejiang Province from 2000 to 2006 the dynamic changes in vegetation cover and vegetation analysis of the impact of the rate of change of the main factors.The main results are as follows:(1) The use of a long series of EOS/MODIS data, Calculating the NDVI index, through the difference method, average method, effective and dynamic monitoring of Zhejiang Province, vegetation coverage, inter-annual, quarterly changes.(2) The average of 2000-2006 NDVI are concentrated on the 0.55-0.8 in 11 Cities of Zhejiang Province, between the seven years, seasonal vegetation coverage was well. Lishui, Quzhou and Zhoushan's seasonal vegetation index were significantly higher than other cities, the other eight cities change was small and similar.(3) The change of zhejiang province's NDVI mainly between 0.6 and 0.8. vegetation index is higher in 2001 and 2006. The maximum value of NDVI occurred in September 2001 was 0.8, the lowest value appeared in the March 2000 was 0.61. (4) The average of NDVI changed mainly between 0.6 and 0.77 in china. The highest and lowest value in mid-August was 0.77 and 0.57 in late January. Zhejiang's seasonal vegetation change is obviously, the difference between summer and winter is 0.15.(5) Compared with 2000,vegetation coverage in 2006 increase slightly,change is not largely. Although the change of overall coverage rate is smaller, but down to the counties and cities, change is so large. In addition to Zhoushan, Quzhou and Lishui, the other eight urban areas, as well as Changxing County, Deqing County, Cixi City, Yiwu City, Wenling City, and Ruian City,the vegetation coverage change is so large, In 2006 declined compared with 2000.Lishui City, Quzhou City, Anji County, Chun'an County, Kaihua County, Wuyi County, compared with 2000 the vegetation index has increased, which is inseparable with the returning farmland to forest and forest protection.
