The Design And Implementation Of Visual Analysis Tool Towards Complex Networks

Today, many scientific researchers are beginning to use many mining methods about complex networks for analyzing a variety of phenomena and real problems. While the subjects are not entirely same, the research ideas have a lot in common:at first, the system builds the data model; and then the system applies the mining methods of complex networks to analyze networks; at the last, the network structures and research results will be visualized. During the research process, the mining methods of complex networks and visualization need the help of computer software. However, many researchers are not familiar with the development of computer softwares, so the process of research has been disturbed. So a visual analysis tool towards complex networks is urgently needed.This tool in our paper integrates data preprocessing, modeling, analysis and visualization, and provides a general data mining process for many scientific researchers. Moreover, this tool has the following two advantages:1) the general data model; 2) providing comprehensive and powerful functions for network analysis and visualization.In consideration of the great significance of visual analysis tool towards complex networks, this author has studied the relevant visual analysis techniques, and achieved the following results:●Do research about relevate knowlegeds about visual analysis tool. This paper firstly introduced the significance of visual analysis tools, and then gived an introduction about development of these tools.●Master core technologies needed in our system. This paper introduced technologies including Complex Network Analyzing, Complex Network Visualization and Textual Analyzing.●Design and implement complex network oriented visualizing analysis system. This paper illustrated the architecture and functions of our system, and then introduced the package diagram and class diagram of core module in detail.●Finally, Validication of our system was done by using both structured data about coporation network in scientific research and unstructured data about people relation network in news about Tai Wan.
