In the model plant Arabidopsis's functional genomics research, analysis of genetic mutations is one of the most effective ways to investigate gene function. Curently, large numbers of mutant lines have been generated by both'loss-of-function'and'gain-of-function' techniques. In parallel, phenotypic mutant information has been acquired and released in Stock databases or the supplementary files of already published papers. All of these kinds of information are invaluable resource, but no uniform query criteria or display mode is formulated in integrating these data in a standardization way. By integrating existing resources, the mutants which have visible alterations in phenotype were collected and classified base on unified standards. Gene expression profile data, protein mass spectrometry data, protein-protein interaction network data, gene transcriptional regulation data and other functional genomics research data were applied to fulfill annotation and data analysis. In the end, data sources, analysis results and analysis tools were implemented with the help of web application on the internet so that the biologists are able to retrieve and analyze the corresponding data...
