Many transcription factors are involved in the regulation of stress-inducible genes. Part of the transcription factors function not only in stress tolerance but also in stress response. In this study, we have utilized Affymetrix expression profiles of stressed Arabidopsis constructed a gene regulation network. We found the regulatory relationships between different TFs and the pathways, and revealed the Arabidopsis regulation mechanism under stress. The regulation network shows the crosstalk between TFs and pathways. We found the same genes regulated by both the transcription factors AT5G01380 and AT4G31800. The transcription factor WRKY53 play a key role in salt stress through regulation transcription factors ATWRKY18 and GBF3. The cytochrome P450 pathway was co-activated by three transcription factors:ATWRKY18, GT-3b(AT5G01380), GBF3.The overlap of salt and drought stress regulation network shows that degradation-related pathways were down-regulated by the AGL15, ARR10. Transcription factors AGP1, ATERF-2 activate alpha-linolenic acid and phenylpropanoid pathways.
