Research On Quality Controling System Of Data About Indoor And Field Work Integration Of Land Detailed Investigation

Great changes have occurred on land usage of current situation in China. Therefore, our country make regular detailed investigation on land resources in order to know well the patterns of land usage of cities and towns and countryside timely and accurately. Although the first-hand data of current situation of land usage have been mastered, it is the most important task to keep current situation of basic data in the present land management. Accurate and detailed land data, not only can promote scientific management of land resources and provide fundamental support, such as revising land use and plan, examining and approving construction ground, protecting cultivated land, arranging development of land and so on, but also are foundation of policy decision for macro-controlling of nation economy and drawing-up development program of economy and society.At first, the sources of the uncertainty of spatial data are analysed during the indoor and field work integration of land detailed investigation. Then the history of development on the theories and newly foundations of uncertainty's researches of spatial data are introduced. At the same time, the theories and methods of spatial data quality controlling and evaluation are issued in this thesis. The theory of uncertainty of data and solutions encountered are focused during the process of the exploitation of system in the system. Finally, portion of function of the system are achieved by writing programs in order to use the little to get the big. The major researches on the thesis are as follows:(1) The background and significance of the thesis is introduced, the history and current situation of research, the aim and technical routine are also pointed out.(2) The ways of quality controlling of data in land detailed investigation are discussed according to codes and contents of checking data quality of nation's spiral data, then more proper disciplines are designed to land management.(3) The problems often presented are studied in complexor data topology, and it comes true that the checking complexor and attribute of data conveniently.(4) Symbol codes on current surveying management are researched, and insinuation matching of spiral data symbols has been reached. The problem about before and after putting in database are solved.(5) The principle and routine of design are discussed, and then the total design of the system is given. Last an original system is developed according to it.A land detailed investigation is designed using softwares such as Visual Basic 6.0 and ArcGIS. At present, partial function can be completed. The measures of the design can be put to practical applications and posses a certain consulting effect.
