Wetland is one of the most important ecosystems on the Earth, also the important places for human activity; it has made great contribution in regulating climate, cleaning air and beautifying environment. Wetland is not only rich in wetland resources, species diversity is also very rich and it is an important species gene pool.This paper takes Zhangze Reservoir of Changzhi for example to study the flora of the wetland vegetation characteristics, quantity and species diversity and community relations in a quantitative analysis method.Then it put forwards some restoration tactics for the vegetation of this wetland. Followings are the main studying content of this paper:Application of Mr. Wu Zhengyi's classification system, this paper studies the floristic elements of Zhangze Reservoir wetland plants.60 plots with 60 seed plants belong to 19 families,45 genera; and there are two kinds of ferns, belonging to Equisetum Section. This paper divided the 45 seed plants of Zhangze Reservoir wetland into 5 distribution types and 4 subtypes. Among various geographical elements, the world distribution has an absolute advantage in indicating the wetland flora with non-zonal features; north temperate distribution has 26.67 percent of the total number, which shows certain zonal of the reservoir wetland plants.In this paper, the plants in Zhangze Reservoir Wetland of Changzhi were classified and ranked by TWINSPAN and DCA into 8 associations that were located at different area according to the moisture.TWINSPAN classification shows diagonal distribution of the data, which has a good consistency with the first axis of DCA reflecting soil moisture.The DCA ordination diagram of the dominant species is very similar with the ordination diagram of plots, which indicates that, to some extent, the distribution pattern of dominant species determine the distribution pattern of the plant community. With richness index, diversity index and evenness index combining method, this paper analysis the vegetation community's diversity of Zhangze reservoir wetland, the results show that this wetland species diversity index was lower than other wetlands on the same latitude;wetland vegetation was serious damaged by humans, while Community dynamics, wetland habitats also have some influence on species diversity.Through the quantitative research on Zhangze reservoir wetlands,it can be more accurately reflecting the status of wetlands and its problems.This paper put forward some effective measures for the protection and restoration of the Zhangze Reservoir wetland, which has been threaten by natural factors and human factor, and ultimately facilitating the sustainable development of the wetland.
