| In this paper, we study the dynamic of Beddington-DeAngelis predator-prey system with stage structure for prey.Under certain assumptions,sufficient and necessary conditions which guarantee the predator and the prey species to be permanent are obtained.In addition,sufficient conditions are derived for the existence of positive periodic solutions to the system.
