In this paper, we study dynamics of a non-autonomous apparent competition with the Beddington-DeAngelis functional reponese, that is, We explore such properties as positive invariance, permanence and non-persistence of this system. A sufficient condition of existence of positive periodic solutions is established when the parameters of the system are periodic case.
