ERT method has many advantages, such as non-intrusion, online property, no-radioactivity, simpleness, inexpensiveness, portability, fast respond, result understandability and having mass of information of the result. This technology has been applied on physic, earth reconnoiter and hydrology. So far, no usage of ERT of concrete structure monitoring has been reported yet, because the resistivity of it is very high and not settable. CFRC, which is a kind of cement containing a small amount of short carbon fibers and has the propriety of conductivity and pressure sensitivity, make it possible to monitor the CFRC structure by ERT method.In this paper, Wuhan University of smart composite materials based on the discussion group for resistivity tomography data acquisition system slower, higher data error "bottleneck", proposed and developed a communication encouraging resistivity tomography data acquisition. After testing, the system achieved the expected results.The main works are listed as follows:1. This paper reports a research performed on ERT data acquisition. Introduce AC stimulation method in the design, to Restrain the system noise and polarization effect of the sample..And designed a signal conditioning module base on the features of AC stimulation. Including signal source, multiplexing circuit, preamplifier, filter, phase sensitive detection, A/D conversion etc. On the electrode switch array, using multiplexers to realize the fast switching electrodes.2. Programming on the design ERT hardware systems. Including the signal source output programming, multi-channel switch logic control, amplifier gain control, A/D conversion and serial communications, and other parts3. Using ActiveX technology, mixed-use Lab VIEW and Matlab programming, data communication, archiving, and retrieval of real-time image display.4. ERT system, the designed some experiments to achieve the desired requirements. Finally the system has made some improvements.
