Debris flow is a typical phenomenon of geological disasters, debris flow in the region a tremendous impact on people's lives, especially through the debris flow or debris flow along the coast road would cause devastating damage, often resulting in long-term blocked roads, severely constrained the local economy development. China mud-rock flow quantity and distribution, only in the western region alone more than 6,000 of road debris flow, debris flow hazard by the Sichuan-Tibet highway mileage accumulated up to 160 km, the country's economic losses caused by the landslides of up to 5 billion yuan a year. Therefore, China's road of prevention and prediction of debris flow is very necessary and of great practical significance. Therefore, it is very necessary and of great practical significance for the prevention and prediction of the road debris flow.Firstly, In view of the limitations of the current road debris flow hazards in the practical application, based on existing research results, the characteristics of debris flow in China is described, the research status, the characteristics, formation mechanism and disaster mode of the road debris flow are summarized; and the destructive of the road debris flow is described in detail.Sceondly, the road debris flow harzardous assessment structive is proposed. The indicators selection, standardization of treatment, the determination of the weights, and the establishment of the road debris flow harzard are studied: The new kinds of division index selection method is presented, the balance between representativeness and comprehensiveness of the selected indicators is basically soved; the use of fuzzy theory, three kinds of standardized approach are proposed, such as a straight line, broken line type and curved, making the road debris flow hazard assessment of a more reasonable evaluation index; as well as the traditional analytic hierarchy process (AHP) has been improved, so that the objectivity of judgment matrix structure to avoid the influence of human factors, so that the determination of the weight is more reasonable; Based on the above studies, the use of extension methods, debris flow hazardous assessment model is proposed, and a set of universal debris flow hazardous assessment methods is proposed, so that the information data processing is easy to operate, the evaluation results are reliable road. Then, using VB programming, the debris flow along highway harzardous assessment system is proposed. Based on the construction of the model, the design goals, design principles, the overall structure design and the analysis of the system modules are analyzed, and the run environment and the main modules of the debris flow harzardous assessment system are given in detail. Finally, based on the analytic hierarchy process of extenics theory, the harzard of the Niuniuba along highways in the Meigu river basin is evaluated. The geological environmental factors of the Niuniuba is introduced, the hazard assessment factors and rates of the Niuniuba road debris flow are given in detail. By the comparative analysis the degree of the Niuniuba road debris flow hazard assessment is moderate risk. Thus completing the purposes and tasks of the road debirs flow harzard assessment, to provide a new approach and methods for disaster prevention and mitigation of the road debris flow.
