Development And Study On The Spatial Information System Of Urban Standard Land Price In Bayehot Based On MAPGIS-IMS

In the paper, standard land price evaluation and dynamic monitor database of Inner Mongolia Bayehot which was based on MapGIS7-IMS and ASP.NET to analyze exploitation's standard land price information system of Bayehot. Development program was established, and its Feasibility studies, requirement analysis, functional design, program design, program debugging and run trial were done. The technical difficulties and innovation which were involved in operations were concluded and summarized in order to the system could be further deepen and enhance.Urban standard land price evaluation and land price monitor system of Bayehot was constructed in 2005 year, accumulated the massive related spatial data, and with the more and more information,the relationship between the data becomes complex. Using conventional centralized management and expression could not fit to the requirement of information -public service. In order to solve these problems effectively, this paper explores how to design and realize the standard price information system based on Internet, namely, construct urban standard land price space information system and achieve land price of Bayehot could be diffused and analyzed in the Internet platforms.in the paper, system was researched as followed:First, background and significance of urban land price spatial information system'exploitation which was based on MAPGIS-IMS were introduced, urban land price Spatial information system's research background at home and abroad, and Urgent type and the feasibility of urban land price spatial information system were analyzed. Second, Technology and principles of MAPGIS-IMS and ASP.NET that include Concept, content, application methods and ASP.NET (based on Visual Studio2005) and C# programs, system's operating environment and architecture with the working principle were discussed in detail.According to the goals of system-building, functions of the system were designed. Using the object-oriented component WebGIS technology completes program design, programming and test procedure. Main functions of urban standard land price spatial information system were realized preliminarily, its functions included the basic map shows based on WEB browser, complex information inquiry, valuation of statistical analysis etc. Finally, features and difficulties of Bayehot urban standard land price spatial information system's exploitation technology were expatiated, it provided experiences for other spatial information system's construction and exploitation.
