Research On Risks And Risks Control Of Economic Development Of Regional Industrial Cluster Based On Complex Network

Science of Complexity is regarded as "the science of 21th century", there are many complex problems in the system of economy and management, such as group descion, innovation of management, economic development and etc. All of these problems are in the need of application of the theory and method of Science of Complexity. Complex network is an important branch of science of complexity. In this paper we use the theory of complex network, the theory of economy and the theory of management on the study of problems of risks and risks control in the economic development of zone industrial cluster.This paper is organized as follows: In chapter 1, we introduce the background, the goal, the meaning, the method and the structure of the research. In chapter 2, we review the theory and method of complex network, and we also briefly review the theory of regional industrial cluster, include its definition, characterize, and etc. In chapter 3, we discuss the problems of optimum of synchronibility of complex network. Through computer experiment we also discuss the trend of capability of synchronibility of complex network as the change of structure of network. In chapter 4, we discuss the risks and risks control in development of regional industrial cluster based on complex network. In this chapter, we firstly discuss the structure and measure index of regional industrial cluster, then we discuss the risks of regional industrial cluster based on complex network, we discuss the stability and efficiency of a simple system of economic cluster network. we discuss the control mechanism , principle and strategy of risks in industrial cluster economy based on complex network, and we also propose a model to effectively oppose the risks of economic cluster network, at last, we offer some strategies to control the risks of two typical zone industrial cluster. In chapter 5, The purpose of research on risks and risks control of development of regional industrial cluster economy is to promote the total ability of competition, and finally promote the sustainable development of regional economy. through comparison of the economic date of zhengjiang with other cities in the Yangze River delta, we find that zhengjiang is well behind in the aspect of zone economy and development of society. we find the problems and risks in the Zhenjiang industrial cluster economy, and we offer some strategies and suggestions for the further development of regional economy based on complex network.
