Yttrium Aluminum Garnet(YAG)was widely used for matrix in luminescence due to its stability under high radiation strength and electron bombardment. In this thesis, YAG:Ce phosphor was synthesized by precipitation method, its luminescence mechanism was analysed, and the influence of doping content of activator ion, reaction temperature and different precipitation reagent ratio on the luminescent properties were also been discussed. It is indicated that YAG:Ce phosphor was synthesized at 900℃,and the luminescence intensity reached maximum when 5%(mole fraction)Ce3+ was doped. The rusultant which was global was pure YAG phase powder and the granularity was about 1μm. Using ultrasonic equipment to treat the precursor of the sample can well improve the dispersion of the phosphor, and can increase the color rendering and luminescent properties to some degree.YAG:Ce phosphor was synthesized by changing the reaction temperture.It was indicated that the luminescence intensity increased with the raising temperature.This article discusses the influence of mixed precipitant based on precipitation method. The results showed the luminescence intensity of the sample was higher when using NH4HCO3+NH3·H2O as precipitants than that using a single precipitant, and had a better distribution.This process improves the luminescence performance of the material to a certain degree, and has certain reference value on the preparation of high-quality light-emitting material.
