Design And Implement On Sharing Service Of City-Level Police Geographic Information

As with any geographic information systems, the Police Geographic Information System is also the data of blood. Geographic information which have accurate precision, complete date and good business applications, is the basis for the upper. In the Police Geographic Information System of construction,we also face a problem that how to manage spatial information effectively when using data from different sources and different data structures. The police geographical information system administrators and builders must consider how to seek the technology and means to solve police information sharing.National police geographic information from the data point of view is divided into three levels, ministerial, provincial, city-level. Provincial police data extraction form of city-level geographic information by sharing and integrating . The provincial police geographic information through the sharing of geographic information constitute ministerial police geographic information.The city-level Police Geographic Information which is the basic data of National Police Geographic Information is very important to integrate and share in integration construction of police geographic information system.This paper follows from the "general to specific" in the scientific method, first I researched on geographic information sharing technologies and research findings from home and abroad. After that I analyzed the main affection factors of geographical information sharing and summarized the main geo-information sharing technology, methodology and its application . On the basis of the theory of geographic information sharing, this paper analyzed the needs of city-level police geographic information sharing and focused on the Police Geographic Information Standardization and technology of city-level police geographic information sharing. At last ,we proposed "distributed data storage, centralized management services , SOA as the framework ,based on OGC standards to achieve sharing". In the shared program implementation in this thesis ,I used GeoTools middleware to develope WFS / WMS services, spatial information networking services and achieved the horizontal and vertical geographic information sharing of city-level police.
