Boshen 6 reservoir is fracture-cavity carbonate reservoir, the distribution of fault is complex, zone communication is poor, it is extracted by relying on natural energy. Individual well producing rate is great at production initial stage, but formation pressure declines quickly, production rate declines quickly. At present, current pressure has been lower than bubble point pressure, oil/water relationship and zone communication is complex, producing energy is seriously shortage, it affects development of this field, so the feasibility research of energy complement method is needed to carry out.In this paper, first of all, the basic physical property parameters of core are tested in the laboratory, and fluid physical property parameters were calculated, which provides a foundation for numerical reservoir simulation. On the base of the research of well test data and production performance data, reservoir connectedness is analysed, reservoir geologic model of Boshen 6 is builded, and geologic model is improved by history matching. By calculating the dimensionless elastic productive ratio, unit reserve pressure drawdown and the ratio of water volume to oil volume, natural energy of Boshen 6 is analysed, feasible energy complement method is gived. Injection-production parameter of single well water injection swallowing-spitting and single well carbon dioxide injection huff and puff is optimized by numerical reservoir simulation. Finally, under different circumstances, the best energy complement method of southern district of main block of Boshen 6 is obtained by economic benefit analysis.The study shows that interwell connectedness of southern district of main block of Boshen 6 is good, it is closed fault block oil reservoir, natural energy is feeble, it should be complemented energy. The better effect of increasing output is acquired by using single well water injection swallowing-spitting and single well carbon dioxide injection huff and puff . Economic benefit analysis shows that when we separately consider cumulative production and actual profit, single well carbon dioxide injection huff and puff has better economic benefit. When we consider input/output ratio, single well water injection swallowing-spitting has better economic benefit. On the basis of different field situation, we determine energy complement method of the better economic benefits.
