Feenberg's Critical Theory of Technology is the theory of new development. It was draw Frankfurt School's critical theory and combined with a high degree of modernization of industrial technology development in the context. Feenberg's technical design thought is an organic integral part of his critical theory of technology. This article constructed the system of Feenberg's technical design thought by anglicizing its background, characteristics and basic content.Technology critical thought emerged in exploring the relationship between the people and technology to the theory of problem areas. Technical rational critical thoughts' positive side is that it is break human desire that create a better world with rational visual angle which the traditional rationalism and technological optimism regarded that science and technology may completed it And it provided people a deep-seated understanding of multi-dimensional relations about science and technology The status of science and technology in industrialization triggered a critical theory of thought, which express people' dissatisfaction and protest for the negative effect of technical situation Critical Theory basically focused on the technical nature of the scope of discussion and exaggerated self-regulation and technological development and the inherent continuity of the technology. And it regards technical as a self-set goal of the power of autonomy then it neglected the important impact by people. Even the human did something for the negative effects of technology. It is only adaptation of passive response in a limited scope and the field of technology. As for how to solve the contradictions between human development and nature they seem very reluctant to do so. So immersed in the crisis and panic that where and what are the fates of mankind.Feenberg's technical design thought is not just solving technical problems, but also opened up the study of the technical philosophy and way of thinking changes. He put the key to solve the problem on the questions before the default arise. He started from a technical nature and criticized that studies of technical philosophy passively response to technical issues. He thought the potential of technology has not been played. The study were submerged in only the negative effects of technology to the criticism above and did not exploit technical ability which was not achieved. And he considers that modern economy-oriented benefits are a result of technical reasons to deviate from its true colors. Technical design is the key to solve this problem.
