Strengthen changes of quantity and quality of land resources Plays an important role in sustained development of the protection of the region's economic ,to ensure the survival of human and security of the environmental conditions.Yinshan Mountain of Inner Mongolia is in the arid and semi-arid transition zone and the southeast monsoon region, The characteristics of with a sensitive response to climate change and fragile ecological environment, Constitute land cover / use to respond to the most sensitive areas of a global change, Is also sensitive areas of the impact of human economic activity . Wuchuan County in the case studies,Can be explained in detail the relationship of the between land use / cover change and environmental change,And better (more scientific) to determine the necessary in space and time resolution of changes. Therefore, For the study of global land use / land cover change, Should carry out local or regional case studies.In this artical, the regional sustainable development and sustainable land use for the goal, The use of GIS technology, Base on using 1995-2005year TM remote sensing data, Combination of the history of literature, Carried out Dynamics Change Research of nearly 200 years of Wuchuan County Land Use / Cover,Analysis land use actuality and the process of spatial pattern as well as the spatial and temporal evolution.Through the the "Grain for Green" policy of National implementati- on , analysis the impact of arable land, Explore the natural and human mechanisms of the land-use change.The result indicated: From the transfering of land-use types in 1995-2005, the decrease of arable land mainly transfers into woodland, grassland,residential land and non-use of land.Wuchuan County in 10 years changes of the course of the main land-use in the way continued to decline as the number of arable land, Forest in increasing trend,Grassland,water land residents land and non-use of land decrease at first and increase afterward in fluctuating trend.Between 1995-2005 in Wuchuan County the area of farmland, woodland, grassland, construction land change is very obvious regional differences. The agricultural land of Wuchuan is in the reduced tendency during near ten years. The analysis result of principal components: Social development factor including the gross power of farm machinery, used amount of diesel oil, the primary industry value, the second industrial value, the tertiary industry value, the real estate industry, the township dwellers expends, the agriculture loan; Advance in technology factor including used amount of agricultural film, used amount of chemical fertilizer, electromechanical irrigation and drainage area, used amount of agricultural chemicals, number of mechanical and electrical wells, fruit output, population of village working at farming. The analysis result of multivariate linear regression: The land area change and the farm machinery gross power, and the consumption level of township dwellers present is related in social development factors, the correlation coefficient is 1.52, 1.13; The land area change and the used amount agricultural chemicals remarkable inverse correlation in the advance in technology factors, the correlation coefficient for - 86.968, and the inverse correlation with the fruit output, the correlation coefficient for - 2.764, is related with the mechanical and electrical number of wells present, the correlation coefficient is 5.556. The whole tendency Wuchuan construction land area is increases during 1996-2005 years, the yearly average increases 39 hm2; Obtains Wuchuan's actuation factor by the pessimistic interrelatedness analysis: The population class target's actuation function is bigger than the economy class target obviously, the primary industry is obvious to the Wuchuan County construction land driving influence, the pessimistic interrelatedness's computed result prominent non-agricultural population and the construction land's correlation coefficient is closest, reflected in recent years the Wuchuan County non-agricultural population grows with the construction land growth rate is most consistent, but the second industrial resultant, the tertiary industry resultant, the real estate investment cost's interrelatedness is somewhat low, reflected in recent years the Wuchuan County industrialization development speed is slow, from this to constructs the function which the land increases not to be obviously strong.
