Taishan is the first of China's World Natural and Cultural bouble inheritage units, and it's also a well-known domestic 5A class scenic spots, the world geological parks, nature reserve, national forest park. The biodiversity in Mt. Taishan was threatened severely as human activities aggravation, such as tourism, forest management etc. It is paid more and more attention to utilize its tourism resources rationally and manage forest sustainability in terms of diversified protection. Therefore, in this paper, major forest communities in Taishan were selected, its species composition (including the properties of species composition and the quantity characters), spatial structure, species diversity and their relative affecting factors were investigated and analyzed. The main conclusions are as follows:1. The effects of human activities on species composition of plantations in Mt. TaishanThe species composition and community structure were impacted by human activities to some extent. First of all, the species composition and their frequencies were impacted by tourism significantly. Forest management activities and fire line reduce the spatial density or the coverage to a certain extent, thus minish its spatial competition, cause story under the species density increasing with individual growing. Secondly, as a result of frequent human activities, some trample which are tolerance species and those strong reply on environment had disappeared, such as Amphicarpaea edgeworthii, Humulus scandens and so on; while some disturbance-resistant species, as well as some synanthropic species had enhanced their functions and status, and even became the dominant species, such as Plantago asiatica,Polygonum aviculare,Setaria viridis and so on.2. The effects of human activities on the Taishan plant species diversityThe diversity of understory plants were significantly altered by human activities. After interference by comparing the difference diversity in species among the different communities, the composition of herbaceous plants is preserving higher than that of shrubs, while there is no significant impact on trees.Tourism activities have changed the diversity of communities and the diversies different communities in the rank 2 disturbance intensity increase, such as Oriental arborvitae, the H index is in the order of disturbance tensity from strong to weak: 0.97,1.69,2.17,1.87,1.88, but with the intensity of tourism activities increasing, the other community diversity indexes decrease. Among other 4 communities their S, H, D and Eαindicate: 4 rank < 3 rank < 1 rank < no distance < 2 rank. This shows that mid-interference result in plant diversity increasing, and thus the utilization of tourism resources in Taishan should be limited within mid-interference tensity appropriately control.Forest management activities reduce the community species competition, increase the photic ratio, thereby affect its species composition, quantity and individual growth.⑴Intensity of tending and thinning. The best technical combination of Locust community is planting+ pruning(3:1) 8a later + thinning 11a later with intensity of 20%, the H value increases by 98.58%; that of Japanese red pine is pruning (intensity 3:2) + thinning 13a later with intensity of 22%, the H value increased by 84.57%; that of Chinese pine pure forest is pruning cutting (intensity 11%) + sanitation cutting and release cutting 10a later, the H values increased by 53.11%; that of Orientalis mixed forest is pruning (3:2) + a pruning and thinning 41a later (intensity of 8.8%, respectively, and 1.5:1), the H values increased by 31.90%.⑵Intermediate cutting with shorter intervals, sawtooth oak species diversity index shows a downward trend, planting+ pruning(3:2)11a later, the H values decreased by 31.90% , community diversity index and community stability is improved.⑶Thinning with the time interval and intensity of the tending and thinning, the best strength combination of Chinese pine mixed forest is the plastochron designed as 5a and pruned twice (intensity of 4:2, and 3:2) + thinning 5a later with intensity of 35%, the H values increased by 96.71%; that of the Chinese Pine Pure Forest is thinning 5a later with intensity of 20% and pruning(1:3), the H values increased by 84.36%; that of mixed pine and Japanese red pine forest is pruning(3:1)+ thinning 17a later with intensity of 30%, the H values increased by 84.36%.Fire line enhanceα-diversity indexes.⑴the diversity indexes and community stability of Orientalis forest at an altitude of 740m is the highest which fire lane width is 30m, the H value increased by 76.33%; that of locust community is 930m above sea level, its H value increased by 47.98%; Shrub community is 1533m above sea level, the increase of the H value of 29.91%.⑵The width of 20m for pine oil at an altitude of 1470m, the highest diversity index and community stability appear, which the H value increased by 9.95%.3. The interference of human activities on interspecific association in MT. TaishanIn order to clarify the species composition and interspecific association of the forest community based on the investigation of the community, a series of techniques, including the analysis of variance,χ2-test , Ochiai's coefficient(OI), Dice's coefficient(DI), Jaccard's coefficient(JI) and association coefficient(AC), were used to analyze the association of the species. The dominant species are selected for the kind of composition, Of these, a significant positive correlation, accounting for 78.72%~99.46%of all species-pairs and 35.24%~72.73%of the species-pairs with a significant correlation. While negative correlation accounting for 0.54%~21.28% of all species-pairs and 0.40%~9.52% of the species-pairs with a significant correlation. Correlation index from the pairs of species to see, and its associated index are relatively small, their is not closely related, herb layer plants in a random distribution pattern of the cluster. The overall correlation of all species was non-significant positive.
