In today's society, Multi-sensor data fusion technology is playing an increasingly important role; it was widely used in target tracking, artificial intelligence, remote mapping, weather forecasting and other fields. In the field of civil aviation, there are multi-sensor data fusion problem: when the airport radar (sensor) detect the same target or multiple targets, how to deal with these radar data, and obtain accurately the information (position, height, speed, etc.) of status of the target, and conducive to air traffic control and airport scheduling command scenes and so on.In response, International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) put forward a new generation of advanced airport scenes movement guidance and control system (A-SMGCS). The basic idea is that the information which were created by the existing airport radar, secondary radar, multi-point positioning system Airport motor vehicles such as GPS positioning system generated by the equipment get through the multi-sensor data fusion to generate real-time aircraft and airport vehicles, dynamic information, and will send the information to controllers, pilots, drivers and other related units. In order to achieve more flow of the traffic airport, low visibility, as well as other complex cases, and to track normally the airport and the near objectives, make sure that the airport can be a normal and safe operation. So, A-SMGCS is a typical multi-factor, multi-level information fusion system.This paper is background the system of A-SMGCS, though collecting widely literatures of the multi-sensor data fusion both at home and abroad, and research and analysis the literature of these literature, we found that: In recently years, interiorly it was indicated that only the military field applied and researched the gray theory to multi-sensor data fusion, and the current literature is also rarely seen in the field of civil aviation. At the same time, though the result of the movements and state trajectory both civil aircraft and military aircraft are completely different, and the range of the military and civilian radar also have their own characteristics, but their principles and methods of integration should be broadly similar. According to these reasons, the authors put forward the algorithm of the airport multi-sensor data fusion based on gray relational analysis and prediction and conduct the simulation study and analyzed and summarized by this algorithm.Innovation of this article: this paper is background the project of Civil Aviation for the A-SMGCS, the focus is that how to combine the relational analysis of gray and gray prediction with the airport multi-sensor data fusion, and put forward the algorithm of the airport multi-sensor data fusion based on gray relational analysis and prediction. Through simulating, verifying the feasibility of using of gray theory to the airport track fusion and this algorithm was applied the field of civil aviation.The fusion algorithm of the gray theory about airport multi-sensor data fusion can generally be divided into four stages: targeting the time and space stations of the data of radar and the center tower, transformation and translating the coordinate;calculating correlation,track initiation;extrapolating system track and smoothing track to achieve integration In the follow-up experiment, the authors established uniform linear motion model and uniform linear motion model by the five aircraft radars coordinate system with noise, these data which were generated by this two models were performed processing and calculation by the process of data fusion in accordance with the airport and gray system theory and method. At the same time, simulation results are analyzed from various angles, the simulation experiments show that, when we select the value of the correlation formula aboutζ= 0.6 ,the data fusion of the ultimate effect is not large, applying gray theory to the airport multi-sensor data integration is feasible and the effect of integration are very satisfied.
