Agriculture is vital to human survival and development of basic industries. Precision agriculture is the development of agriculture as an important direction in the 21st century. Implementation of precision agriculture is the basis and prerequisite to find out the local agro-climatic resources. Now, agricultural production, society and environment are all changed or changing. So it is important that the elaborate simulation and integrated evaluation study on agro-climatic resources.By using the multi-regression analysis and the spatial interpolation in GIS we can realize elaborate simulation of regional agro-climatic resources.Through two simulation methods obtaining data couple together to get agro-climatic resources data of every country.Providing the higher accuracy of basic data so as to put up comprehensive evaluation agro-climatic resources in Chongqing. Apply fuzzy matter-element theory and matter-element extension model method to practise grade assessment and integrated evaluation of the comprehensive level on every county. Through the thesis research, mainly to do work in the following areas:1. Based on the data of the stations, the thesis carrys out a detailed analysis of the characteristics of the agro-climatic resources in Chongqing;2. Based years measured data of meteorological stations in Chongqing and the surrounding (total 43), using SPSS software separately set up light, heat and water resources, a total of 7 elements of the regression equation with longitude, latitude and elevation;3. The use of GIS software to create the framework 1km * 1km grid system, and based on GIS technology to get the average elevation and latitude and longitude coordinates from each grid cell;4. Using the grid system and the compled regression equation, can complete elaborate simulation in Chongqing and gain space distribution maps of regional agro climatic resources element. 5. Based on classifing GIS spatial interpolation technique, analyse the main advantages and disadvantages of spatial interpolation methods and the scope of spatial interpolation methods; The paper analyzed the uncertainty of agro-climatic resources in the spatial interpolation from different spatial interpolation methods, the cell size of interpolation, quantity of meteorological stations.6. At the support of GIS software, selected the optimal method of spatial interpolation, separately achieve spatial interpolation simulation to light, heat and water resources of seven resource elements. Simulation has been the finer of the spatial distribution of resources map;7. The coupling of two simulation results, gain the corresponding simulated maps and simulation data of the refinement of seven resources element of 40 counties in Chongqing;8. Based on fuzzy matter-element analysis theory and model of matter-element extension, attain grade assessment and comprehensive evaluation for agro-climatic resources in Chongqing;...
