In this paper, post-flight data processing method of exterior ballistic measurement for GNSS carrier phase and post-flight fusion processing method of exterior ballistic measurement based on multi sensor measurement are mainly researched.Some regions including separation of control and guide error, test result evaluation, precision analysis of measure device, test design and demonstration of measure and control system and so on play much higher requirement for the data processing of exterior ballistic parameter estimation. As the effective means to enhance the precision of exterior ballistic measurement, GNSS technology and information fusion technology are attached importance in much degree.Combining GNSS technology with information fusion theory, the data processing method of GNSS carrier phase and its application in exterior ballistic measurement are mainly researched in this paper. In addition, the post-flight fusion processing method for GNSS measure and other kinds of measures is also explored. The main contributions and works are as follows:1. Research on the post-flight data processing method of exterior ballistic measurement for GNSS carrier phaseStarting with the GNSS data processing principle and combining with the actual requirement for exterior ballistic measurement, the post-flight data processing method of exterior ballistic measurement for GNSS carrier phase is summarized, among which the selection for carrier phase difference model, integer ambiguity resolution and cycle-slip detection and repair for target tracking in high speed are attached greatly.2. The correction of tracking pointing inconsistency error by GPS carrier phaseTracking pointing inconsistency correction is a main system error existed in exterior ballistic measurement. In this paper, the correction model and the corresponding correction algorithm for tracking point inconsistency based on double-difference data of carrier phase are pretended; this method can enhance the self-treating and self-check ability for the data in exterior ballistic measurement system, which can provide much independent exterior ballistic parameters for separating the error of control and guide system. The simulation result shows that the model and design method established are feasible.3. Research on the post-flight fusion method for GNSS data and other observation dataRelying on information fusion theory, the post-flight fusion model with GNSS data and other observation data is presented in this paper and moreover the corresponding simulation is also made.GNSS technology can supply three-dimension high precise trajectory parameters. Making full use of GNSS measure information, the GNSS data is fused with other observation data effectively, which can decrease the information illegibility, enhance the parameter estimation precision of post-flight processing and the reliability for post-flight processing system of exterior ballistic data. The simulation tests show that the fusion scheme researched in this paper can obtain the continuous ballistic trajectory with higher precision; in addition, the main system error can also be estimated. The obtained parameter estimation results for exterior ballistic trajectory are better than that of GPS or GLONASS singly.
