In recent decades, with the rapid growth of population and the improvement of scientific level, the traffic network in Beijing is accelerating the rate of change, and the pattern of transport networks have had a profound change. A single ground transportation network into three-dimensional traffic network, making the construction of rail transport operators have entered a new period. As the capital of China, studying the spatial and temporal changes in the transport network, and revealing the inherent law of temporal and spatial variation and regional characteristics in Beijing with a great scientific importance. On the development of transportation in other cities also have an important reference value. This article has been collected more than thirty tourism map and traffic maps of Beijing, and selected from a representative of the four maps. Through splicing and pre-processing, using GIS and other earth science software, the four maps of the vector processing, extracted vector of each road and total length of road network. In order to facilitate the research, this paper is use the five rings for boundary , and analysis the road network of the temporal and spatial between the regional and the rings. Based on a lot of previous work, this article analysis carried out behind, in order to ensure the rigor of the thesis.After analysis the road network of the temporal and spatial between the regional and the rings. The author has collected over the past 30 years data from Beijing Statistical Yearbook, analyzed of the causes and predicts the development of transport networks . The only way to solve the traffic problems in Beijing is the development of urban rail-based transport modes, do a good job with other modes of transport connecting to form a three-dimensional traffic network. With the functions of GIS, we developed with a simple function of urban rail traffic management system, and set aside space to develop. Making Beijing Urban Rail Transit network status at a glance, and can track traffic and response other mode of transportation connecting with a new vision of rail transit network analysis.
