Optimum Planning For Accelerated Life Tests Under Exponent Distribution With Dependent Competing Risks

Competing failure is a common failure model of products.Among those papers discussing statistical analysis of competing failure data,most of them assume independence for failure mechanisms.To reflect and assess the true dependence,we use 2-dim Gumbel copula to build model when the two failure mechanisms have correlation.Assisted by copula as the dependence link function,we have built the statistical model of Competing failure products with exponential distributions.The second part introduces the parameters estimation and the optimal for constant stress accelerated life test for Type-â… censoring;The third part introduces the parameters estimation and the optimal for constant stress accelerated life test for Type-â…¡censoring;The last part Step-Stress test,for Type-â… censoring and Step-Stress test Type-â…¡censoring.
