This paper primarily discusses accelerated life-testing(ALT) design. The research is split into three parts: The first part falls into two portions. The first portion introduces the background of the design of ALT; the second portion discusses the optimal constant-stress ALT with Type-II censoring. The second part falls into three portions. The first portion gives the assumptions of ALT with independent competing risk modes; The second portion gives the MLEs of parameters under the assumptions. Based on the computer technique, the third portion discusses the optimal design under different conditions. The last part primarily discusses how to use copula function to solve the optimal design problem when competing risk modes are dependent.
