The Numerical Analysis Of Fourier Spectral Method For The Epitaxial Growth Mode Of Thin Films

In this paper,the numerical methods for the epitaxial growth mode of thin films are considered.A modified partial differential equation is introduced to approximate the original epitaxial growth model,and the wellpossness of the modified equation is obtained by Faedo-Galerkin method.The convergences of the spectral Galerkin method with implicit Euler and other schemes are obtained.
