This article focuses on how to introduce the module technology of application-oriented WebGIS and to integrate it in the WebGIS system which is based on insurance network management, discusses drawbacks of the existing WebGIS in the transmission efficiency and security, designs a set of transmission encryption module on the basis of predecessors, and applies it in the WebGIS prototype system.The design of application-oriented WebGIS is in fact the division of WebGIS function. In view of the architecture of the commercial WebGIS and the drawbacks in its professional application, such as that it does not favor the management of the system development, that the server bears heavily and that the development costs high, this article proposes the architecture of the application-oriented WebGIS module system, and discusses the superiority of this system and the way to realize this system.The bottleneck of the magnanimous data transmission that WebGIS needs to process is limited by network band width as well as route, therefore it is necessary to set up a fast response and transmission mechanism, which will be able to offer fast geography information service to the WebGIS users, while satisfying the users'demand of alternate operation. According to the traditional commercial WebGIS transmission method, this article improves predecessors'compression transmission plans, has designed and realized partial rollup compressive transmission module. The experiment indicates that, using the new partial rollup compressive transmission module can raise the transmission efficiency of the system to a certain extent.Considering the security of WebGIS data transmission, the author of this article has applied the current relatively mature asymmetrical encryption algorithm RSA and symmetrical encryption algorithm AES to the application-oriented WebGIS module system, and designed the encryption transmission components based on this two algorithms.,and under the premise of guaranteeing security, inproves the efficiency of encrypted data transmission.Proposed and implemented using transmission controller integrated encryption and compression components of the method of transmission components.you can better meet the needs of enterprise-class data encryption, compression WebGIS mass transfer needs.At present, module-type WebGIS has already had many commercial soft wares, but a bigger market obviously opens to the development of application-oriented module WebGIS. There are few commercial systems in this aspect, so it is of practical significance and high promoted value to develop application-oriented module WebGIS, especially the prototype system for insurance industry. Therefore, in this article the re-development tool SuperMap Is Java of SuperMap Company is used to redevelop the network servo in decision support system of Hua'an Insurance Company, and the partial rollup compressive transmission module and the encryption transmission module and the transmission controller and its integration of research results are applied in this prototype system.
