However, the public service-oriented vector WebGIS must address the following issues: the impact of differences of user's computer, massive data transmission, WebGIS Server operating efficiency, multiple geographic data integration.To reduce the impact of differences of user's computer, building a small vector WebGIS client, by optimizing the client software algorithms and designing a dynamic allocation way based on the performance of hardware. Take full account of the client software version compatibility problems to reduce the impact of differences. To reduce Vector data transmission, using of binary format means of transmission, By limiting the scope of the display layers and blocking vector data, strictly control the refresh data set, compressing vector data using filtering, change control point, phrase Compression and Coding Compression, the compression ratio can be raised to 87%, can surely meet the basic needs of network transmission. To improve WebGIS services operating efficiency, design a good software framework for rapid loading vector data, using index and pretreatment to improve efficiency of path analysis and buffer analysis to meet the public demand for services, using the idea of establishing regional control mechanisms and the establishment of both logic layers to integrate multiple geographic data.Finally, it is briefly given vector WebGIS in public service fields further application development direction. |
