In the past of hundreds of year, climate has a great change with the characteristic of global warming. Climate change has already become one of the problem that scientific community, governments of all countries in the world and the public of society.Under changing in global as background, the continent in China also has a train of change. For example, the temperature, the rainfall and the humidity. Many scholars have certain of study in recent years which make us compare climate change in Wuhan with it in global from a big yardstick.The difference of sea and continent climate status in Wuhan and nearby 30 latitude has decided its situation. The effect of monsoon climate will become the most important part as research in Wuhan. It has a great essential significance to regional climate change through the research of characteristic of climate in Wuhan.With the development of society economic and population growth, exploiting several of resources also become stronger and stronger. Thus, the population problem appears. Wuhan is going to face some big problem about biology and environment and so on. As a study of climate changes in global to the response of Wuhan, we can know better and better.In this paper, the date of four seasons average temperature, the average rainfall and the average humidity from 1951 to 2007 as a foundation to study, it use methods of comparing, linearity trend, R/S analysis, DPS,SPSS and Excel. Comparing change in Wuhan with it in global from climate, the number of rainfall and humidity, analyzing the change in this area and the response of climate change in global, this paper comes to conclusion:Since 1951, climate change in Wuhan keep consistent with whole in China in the past of 57 years. From 1950s to 1980s temperature change warming slightly. After 1990s the average of annual temperature increases apparently. Change warming in global apparently nearby 30 years and global warming from 1980s and 1990s looks consistent. Rainfall change also keep in accord that before 5 years in 1950s it has too much, and then it decrease gradually which show fluctuating. Begin to 1990s, rainfall has a trend to increase. In Wuhan, the humidity in spring decline obviously, and in autumn decline is not obviously.The characteristic of climate change, the average of temperature and rainfall, the relative humidity and so on in Wuhan in the future will last a long time. In the future, the average of temperature and rainfall will still go up, but relative humidity show discontinuity. The effect intensity and contribution of climate change during one year in Wuhan are unlike in each season, among these the change in winter is the most apparent.
