Foreign logistics enterprises have accelerated to enter China's market after China's Entering WTO.In the face of domestic and foreign competitors, China's logistics enterprises have made to cooperate with each other to strengthen the competitiveness,and collaborative logistics has become an important way of developing modern logistics.In order to obtain and maintain competitive advantage,logistics center needs to achieve logistics synergy,so research into the issues that are related to logistics center task cooperation is very important.This paper puts forward the problem of multi-function logistics center task coordination and optimization based on the deep analysis of the present research situation of logistics center,collaborative logistics and logistics center task cooperation. To this question at the core,the main contents of this paper are as follows:(1) This paper puts forward that multi-function logistics center should be developed at pre-planning time to create an environment to share resources.And logistics center task should achieve synergy at running time.A deep analysis about self-organization operating mechanism of collaborative logistics is made based on the full understanding of the connotation of collaborative logistics.This paper puts forward that the key to achieve logistics synergy lies in how the logistics tasks will be reasonably allocated to the various network nodes,and multi-function logistics center task coordination and optimization is the solution of multi-function logistics center task collaboration.(2) Time,resources and quality of service are the three important factors to affect logistics synergy according to the analysis of the impact of synergistic factors.This paper describes the problem of the multi-function logistics center task coordination and optimization based on the analysis of typical coordination and optimization problem., analyzes the input and output of this problem,establishes a coordination and optimization model based on penalty,cost and average accuracy,and multi-objective programming model is transformed into single-objective programming model through the introduction of coordination factors.In view of the complexity of the solution process,the paper designs a coding scheme based on the logistics center node and uses genetic algorithm to solve it.And data simulation is carried out using the Matlab7.0 programming at the empirical analysis part based on Huzhou Antai logistics center.The coordination results are the basis of decision-making for the sustainable development.Sixteen figures,nine tables,sixty six references.
