Establishing the space graphics library and attributes database of urban roads' information;Using ComGIS as development model for integrated secondary development.,presented the city roads' planning and design management system's overall designing structure framework; It embedded GIS components into the object-oriented programming languages of VisualBasic's development environment, which forms the functional modules of map operation, requirement and statistics, publishing and output, thematic maps, automatic calculation The data that cann't changed into space achived automatic link by programming, achieving integrated management of the spatial data and attribute data, and forming a city roads' planning and design management system.The urban roads' planning and design management system of multiple functions , changed the traditional urban roads' information management, which had practical significance to further improve efficiency and the level of information in the management of city roads.
