According to one-dimensional Poschl-Teller potential, we obtain high-order harmonic generation (HHG) spectra from the one-dimensional atom model submitted to bichromatic fields based on Crank-Nicholson time propagation method. It is found that when a one-dimensional model atom irradiated by linearly polarized two-color laser pulses which is composed of fundamental field and its second-harmonic, HHG spectra take on the double- plateau structure and the harmonic efficiency enhanced by adjusting relative phase between two pulses. To demonstrate this phenomenon, we calculate wavelet time-frequency analysis for some a typical harmonic on the harmonic plateaus. Finally we give mechanism about the advanced of harmonic efficiency, the differences of the relative phase change the ionization instant of electron and recombination instant and electron kinetic energy gained from laser field, and make transfer efficiency of HHG increased.
