In this paper,Nd3+:YAG laser with a wavelength of 355nm is used to ablate Ni target in the air to observe the emission spectrum of plasma. The time-resolved spectrum and space-resolved spectrum at different pulse energy are measured in the wavelength of 370.0nm to 410.0nm.Under the model of local thermodynamic equilibrium, the electronic temperature of Ni plasma are calculated to be in the 103K scale using Saha equation by the relative line intensities. The electron density of Ni plasma are calculated to be in the order of 1016cm-3 by FWHM(the full width half maximum) of Ni I spectra lines, the evolution pattern of time-and space-resolved electron temperature and electron density near the target are given and the expand velocity of laser plume is deduced.
