Research Of Related Problems Of DBD Plasma Generator Power

This paper introduces the structural principle of various components of the DBD plasma generator for its low efficiency and a serious problem of Electro Magnetic Interference,it also explores the related issues in detail and optimizes device parameters.This paper consists of 6 parts,as follows:(1) The structure and principle of the DBD plasma producer are analyzed.(2) The circuit structure of the DBD plasma producer is selected,the integrated circuit is designed,and the showpiece is produced.(3) The attentive question of driving circuit,snubber circuit and protection circuit of the producer power is deeply analyzed in the paper.The parameter is selected by experiments.(4) The theory of instantaneous power curve and Lissajous figure that for the measure of power are introduced,then compare these two meathods by experiments.(5) The factor that affects the efficiency of producer is analyzed,then by large numbers of experiment,the parameter is enactment.(6) The reason of the harmonic is analyzed.Then the suppression measure is discussed.According to the practices,the DBD plasma producer can work in a stably estate,high efficiency,low cost and smaller size.All these satisfy the request of produce.Economic gain is achieved and the power supplies have a well application prospect.
