Study On The Logistics Management Current Situation And Improving Measures Of FY Company

With the spread and popularization of information technology , the management of logistics and supply chain has been playing a more and more important role an nowadays enterprises, as an important part of the modern enterprise management. The logistics management of auto-parts manufactures is a comprehensive management system which integrates modern transportation, storage, warehouse, conveyance, package, circulating processing and the logistics information; it bridges the auto-parts suppliers, automobile manufactures and wholesalers, logistics companies and the end users; what's more, it links every process of the production, from manufacturing to consumption. Most of the Chinese auto-parts manufactures are staying at a layman-level now, and there is an obvious distance between them and the international enterprises which have already taken advantage of new methods. Therefore, to deeply probe into the features of Chinese auto-parts manufactures' management on supply chain and the logistics, has its significance.This article firstly expounds the relevant theories of logistics management, and comprehensively explains the definition and category of logistics, the concept, the development phases and the essential content (including the logistics management process, the inventory plan and storage management, the loading and unloading management, the transportation and the informationalization management, etc.) of logistics management; then by analyzing the status quo of the auto-parts manufacture--Fuyao's logistics management, this article examines out the presently existing problems of its logistics management process, the procurement and storage management, the loading and unloading management, the transportation and informationalization management, etc. and puts forwards some strategies and measures to better FY's logistics management such as, 1),reforming the logistics management process; 2),based on this new process, it solves the calculation problem of safe inventory by statistics method; 3),then by applying the EOQ model, it confirms the order quantity of raw material; 4),by equipping the warehouse facilities and utilizing the space of warehouse ,it eliminates the ineffective activities in the process of storage management; 5),combined with the special property of carrying and transportation, this article designs a new method to carry, load, transport and unload, which eliminated the hidden danger during the process, and also improves the work efficiency; 6),meanwhile, it takes some reforming and bettering measures on transportation management, for reducing transportation cost; 7),based on the ERP system, it puts forwards a process for plan management and informationalized inventory management; 8),last but no the least, this article designs the application process of automatic-distinguish technology in the informationalized logistics management of storage and warehouse.
