This research comes from the inventory of the enterprise production. For the production-oriented enterprise, the product inventory has a direct impact on the business operation efficiency. And the productivity and the sales rate of products have an important effect on the stock. If the productivity is far greater than the product sales rate, the backlog of goods, resulting in a large backlog of capital flows, and then it will make a bad impact on the economic efficiency of enterprises. On the other hand,it will cause a shortage of products, resulting in the loss of stock, and it will also reduce the economic benefits.Inventories have changes not only because of the reach of customers needs but also because of the productivity of enterprise and continuous change over time in a row.So the production-inventory system belongs to the complicated discrete-continuous system, and has a lot of uncertainties. Therefore,in the modern production management,it is essential to determine reasonable inventory levels and control the production.Inventory management is how to study solving this problem. In this paper, firstly we use the nature of "Markov process" in the production-inventory system, studding its role in the market forecast and decision-making,combining with examples for explanation.Second,it has a study of the logistics dispatch system in the production - inventory system.Assumption that there is no loss,we take the RS transmission systems and the Automatic Guided Vehicle(AGV) transport system as a random service system, using the queuing theory to study this logistics system performance and the characteristics of probability. Finally,it mainly describes the multi-server model line up vacation, discussing theM/M/c model, introducing the strategy that only part of the desk could leave, using the quasi-birth and death process and the method of matrix geometric, and has been captain of the steady-state distribution system and the distribution of customers line up to wait for conditions and of waiting time, proving the feasibility and correctness of the model.
