Graft copolymer of natural polymer is a kind of synthetics that could be synthesized through natural polymers activated to be free radicals by initiator chainreact with unsaturated monomers. Free radical is a group of one or more than one unpaired electrons stayed high energy excited state which molecule induced by physical or chemical factors produce. There are two main means to detect content of free radicals at present time. But the two means can't apply in detecting content of free radicals in the reaction at any time, so automation of starch graft copolymerization can't realize. Free radicals produced in graft copolymerization of natural high polymer are of the luminescence character, which may make it realistic to achieve detection, monitoring and automation of starch graft copolymerization. To achieve this purpose, first the mechanism of chemiluminescence producing by free radicals in graft copolymerization of natural polymer must be studied.According to the theory that starch free radicals could produce light when they were initiated by Mn+3,the light intensity curve is measured with MPL-A ,and the law of light intensity is explained in this paper. For look for the relation between light disappearance and the free radicals die out,the author fitting the curve with several classic decay function; and find the relevant phenomenon and experiment data can be explaned successfully by logistic function .And the physics meaning of each coefficient in the formulae is explaned convinced by author..By analysis based on the result of the experiment,the paper points that the x0 is the half life,the A1 is defined as light intensity when x→0 ,the A2 is defined as light intensity when x→+∞, and the P is the coefficient which responses the disappearance of the free radicals. Based on the Arrhenius equation and the theory that free radicals could produce light, we got a equation between the temperature and the light intensity, in this paper.Then , we fitted the experiment results with the equation: we found the experiment results were reflected more accurately when we added a parameter–P in the equation, and the reason was also explaned logically.More over, the paper tell us the physical meaning of each parameter and measuring method. The result of this paper promoted the theory of free radicals, and it also offered a experiment consult for the theory.Based on the biophotonics theory and the dynamics model of electrochemistry , the luminescence dynamics equation about the starch free radicals was setted up in this paper. According to the relationship between luminous intensity and density of the free radicals, we got the annihilation law about the starch free radicals. Furthermore,a function was got in this paper.By fitting the luminescence curve at different temperature,we found the relative coefficient about the function all above 0.98.it was showed that relaxation law about the free radicals could be described accurately.In order to study the spectrum of the starch free radicals,the liquors of Hai zhi lan,Tian zhi lan and Meng zhi lan were selected as the objects , by using equipment of UV—240 ultra-violet spectrophotometer and Sp—2558 multifunctional spectrometer system,their absorption and three-dimensional fluorescence spectra induced by UV- light have been studied respectively.The biggest absorption wavelength for all of them locate at 212nm and 275nm,but each have different intensity at 212nm.Moreover,their three-dimensional fluorescence spectra has been detected when they are induced by suitable UV-light, The results show that each of them can emit three strong fluorescence at 310nm,420nm amd 610nm when excited by UV-light at 245nm.Further more, we found each of them can emit another two strong fluorescences when they absorb the UV-light at 310nm and 345nm.We find they all have five different Fluorescence peaks,but each have different intensity. According to the experimental phenomenon, through a careful analysis ,the paper point out that the differences of five Fluorescence peaks basically reflect the aging processing and different content of the liquor. In this paper the three different brand liqutors of yanghe classical were identified fast and accurately, The paper also offered a kind of way for measuring the quality and brand of white spirit and it is the new application of spectral analysis and detection techniques.This research deduced the relaxation law about Photons Radiation Intensity of the starch free radicals theoretically, and offer a mathematic model for the disappearance of starch free radicals,the result have higher precision than similar study. Furthermore, it is also a new application of photoelectron detection in starch industry.All of this contribute to the thinking for realizing the automatic control in the starch industry.it can provide the reference of theories and experiment for the related research.The research results could supply theoretical and experimental proof to study the characteristics and mechanisms of free radicals coming into being, emitting and disappearing, to determine the wavelength of light emitted by free radicals, and to calculate change of its relative content through measuring change of relative intensity of the emitted light.
