The Chinese Antarctic station refers to the station we established in Antarctic-the Great Wall station and the Zhongshan station. From the station constructed 20 years, we obtained the magnificent achievements. But facing the surmounting polar career and unceasingly onerous polar task, our Antarctic Expedition Stations' present managements have many problems, such as management mechanism separation, short-term conception, inefficient management, short of training, low treatment. These problems caused the management flow unclear and inefficient. So in certain degree, present managements restrict the polar career's developing. Therefore, it's necessary to carries the innovation patterns on two stations' human resources managements and new mechanism to obtain the highly effective managements. This article through the South Pole two station professionalism management researching, in the organization establishes the professionalism work mechanism, in the management achieves the scientific style, the standardization and the institution, in the policy manifests the enterprise and the pay equal principle. Stable the high quality professional contingent, establish the simplification highly effective professionalism management movement system, solves the South Pole two station management existence problem, enhance the station management's efficiency, provides suggestion to two station professionalism construction, realize our country South Pole developing goal.This passage used the literature search, case analysis, interview and investigation methods, the literature search the domestic and foreign present professionalism research. The case analysis through to the South Pole two station management actual operation analysis, obtains the South Pole two station professionalism research model.
