In this thesis,a berif summary has been made about the research of bacterial taxonomy and the current methods of it.The bacterial strains were isolated from Huaiyuan city of Anhui province,Siyang city of Jiangsu province,Akesu of Xinjiang province.Strains were isolated using the dilution plating technique on LB agar.The systematic taxonomy of the isolates have been done using polyphasic technology including morphological and cultural characteristic observation,physiological and chemical tests,analysis of chemtaxonomy and G+C content, DNA-DNA homology and 16S rDNA sequences etc.The taxonomy status of these isolates were determined from three levels includling morphology,genetics and systematic development.The strain D3~T was isolated from a field soil sample from Anhui Province in China,which belong to the genus of Flavobacterium,was named Flavobacterium anhuiense sp.nov.SY1~T of the genus Sphingobacterium was isolated from a farm soil sample from Siyang city of Jiangsu province,was named Sphingobacterium siyangense sp. nov.Strain HR2~T was isolated from a desert soil of Akesu,Xinjiang province,was named Pseudomonas duriflava sp.nov.
