Since the 20th century, modern technology and the various subjects of mutual penetration have taken traditional cartographic and geographic information of the application for fundamental into changes,GIS as a application of cartographic and geographic information analysis came into being. especially, with a mathematical model of the in-depth analysis and the application of GIS, it has provided a more convenient and efficient technical means for revealing in the relationship between the governing and spatial distribution ,and provide the advanced nature theory and technical support for government to scientific decision-making.The essence of the modern cartography is map visualization of geographical data processing and results of handling in GIS environment. For geographical data processing, it is divided into Graphic and attributes processing. The former is mainly about automated cartography, space analysis, and space optimization. The latter mainly apply multivariate statistical analysis into fuzzy math, timing analysis, and other attributes. Geographical data processing is the basis of map visualization, which aims at ensuring that the results of map visualization are scientific and rational. And map visualization is the external form of geographic data processing.This paper, according to characteristics and requirements of the agricultural land classification, discusse the appliment of geographical attributes of data-processing model in the agricultural land classification analysis.on this basis , it developed the implementation of programmes of agricultural land classification to improve the outcome scientificly.On the target,based on the Cartographic data-processing model , results-based data of Agricultural Land Classification of the Shaanxi Province, First,adopt a classification model for Standard grain and three indices to set their terms and the rank. Second,use Spearman model to Calculat correlation coefficient between Natural quality and Standard grain standards in Counties,Calculat correlation coefficient of Such as the three other between two in District indicators. Third, in accordance with the correlation coefficient, make related map. Then, based on the actual Shaanxi Province, it analyzed of the correlation coefficient and correlation map to evaluate the quality of results and the programmes of the Shaanxi Provincial Agricultural Land Classification , and then explained explain resultes on the the geographical sense. Finally, improved the ways and means for Shaanxi Provincial Agricultural Land Classification programme.
