In view of the hot issue of risk assessment on landslide disaster in resent years and based on related latest achievements, this paper made the actuality and forecast evaluation on the stability and risk of landslide group from cinema to Miantu ditch under the northeast foot of Fenghuang mountain in Yan'an city. Based on the evaluation results, vulnerability of the main disaster objects was evaluated. It was an exploratory research on the establishment of landslide disaster evaluation model and offered essential reference for the local government to make decision on disaster control. So it has a certain practical significance.Through detailed site investigation and a large number of investigation and analysis, it's found out that there were 7 landslides, 5 collapses and 1 dangerous slope. The quantitative evaluation of stability was made to the landslide and the dangerous slope. Actuality evaluation, forecast evaluation and comprehensive evaluation were made to the main geological disasters in the evaluation region with qualitative and semiquantitative method. Based on the risk classification standards, the evaluation region was divided into three evaluation parts. Studies on location, area, stability status and forecast result of each part were carried out and they laid a foundation for the risk assessment.In view of the vulnerability evaluation which is the key content of landslide disaster risk assessment, this paper chose personnel and house property as the major hazard-bearing body and then made detailed investigation statistic and asset accounting. With reference to the standards in the code of the Yangtze Three Gorges Reservoir landslide control engineering technology, this paper compared the personnel and the house property respectively which broke the traditional Normalization processing method. It could accept the choice of risk level. On the one hand, it avoided the weight valuation problem of each evaluation factor in the process of normalization, on another hand, it emphasized the position of personnel life value in the disaster risk assessment. This method has a good operability and is simple and convenient. It could solve the complexity of vulnerability evaluation method effectively and provide a new train of thought for the risk assessment of landslide disaster.
